Meet the Team

Tia has over 15 years of diverse event planning experience. She's gained much of it at Alliant Energy Center, restaurants, Trek Bicycle, and Underground Food Collective where she has planned and executed dozens of events per year, including private events, corporate parties, and fundraisers. Tia has been with Garver from ground-breaking, overseeing the beginning of bookings, menu development, and the very first events in Garver Feed Mill. Her goal is to make clients feel welcome and supported and create unforgettable experiences for clients and their guests.

Bethany has been working in hospitality for two decades, excelling at creative events. After gaining a master's degree in Contemporary Art Theory from Sotheby's Institute in London, she moved to New York City and developed an expansive career in the food and beverage industry. She managed bars and fronts-of-houses at busy staples throughout the city and events at a Michelin-star restaurant before relocating to Madison. In Madison, Bethany has produced large-scale culinary and visual art pop-ups as fundraisers for local non-profits, as well as lectures, conferences, and performances. Bethany aims to create impactful events and sustainable community support at Garver.
